This is a grain that I use as a side to many of my stews/ soups. Like Yoga Pot, African Pot. It is very easy and quick to make. Literally takes a minute! Also can be used to make Upma or salads!
Preparing the couscous:
1 cup of couscous
1 cup of boiling water
You just need to add boiling water to the couscous (1:1 ratio). Cover it with a lid for 1 minute. Take off the lid and fluff it up with a fork. And your couscous is ready!!!
